Coaching Calls
Throughout our coaching partnership, I’ll provide guidance, tools, and support to help you make choices that truly work for your life. Together, we’ll clarify what matters most, set realistic goals, and build sustainable habits. This partnership is about taking charge of your health, managing stress, and feeling more energized, confident, and capable every day.

Coaching sessions are held via phone or Zoom, whichever works best for you.
Single Coaching Session - $90
- 30-minute one-on-one coaching session
- Ideal for trying coaching or addressing a specific challenge
6-Session Coaching Package - $510
- Bi-weekly 30-minute sessions over 3 months
- Perfect for building momentum and establishing sustainable habits
8-Session Coaching Package - $600
- 8 sessions over 5 months:
- Bi-weekly sessions for the first 3 months
- Monthly sessions for the next 2 months
- Designed for ongoing support and long-term habit change
