My Journey

I’m based in Greenville, North Carolina, originally from Chestertown, Maryland. My passion for wellness started with a Bachelor’s in Social and Behavioral Influences on Health from Gettysburg College and a Master’s in Public Health from East Carolina University’s Brody School of Medicine.


In 2018, I completed my training as a health and wellbeing coach at Duke Integrative Medicine and became a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach in 2020.


What led me to this career? I saw a gap between knowing what to do for health and actually making it happen. That’s why I became a health and wellness coach, to give people the guidance, confidence, and tools to create lasting, practical change.
